Janet Sexauer Senior Financial Planning AssociateJanet is a Financial Planning Associate and works very closely with the Lead Advisors in preparing, reviewing and coordinating the ongoing financial, investment, estate and tax details for many PFA clients. She has earned her Financial Para Planner Certification. Janet has many years of experience in the financial planning field since she joined the firm in 1992. Throughout the years, she has made an impact by demonstrating her outstanding organizational skills, mastery of detail and unique ability to get along well with people. Janet brings an exceptional attitude and thoughtful personality to everything she does. She is also the Director of Client Services, and is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing all aspects of Paradigm Financial Advisors client support services.
Mary Horn Senior Financial Planning AssociateMary is a Financial Planning Associate and assists the firm’s Financial Advisors in preparing, analyzing and coordinating the client’s investment, tax, estate and financial plans. With her attention to detail and follow up throughout the planning process she helps ensure that objectives are accomplished. She joined Paradigm in 1998 and has held several roles including setting up and maintaining client accounts, reconciling cost basis, transfers, trading and acting as the liaison to the firm’s custodians TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab. Mary received her B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. Prior to joining PFA, she worked in financial and statistical reporting for two subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway. In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling.
Kate Reding Accounting ManagerKate is responsible for coordinating all bookkeeping and tax reporting for the company. She works closely with PFA's CPA firm to ensure the accounting operations of the company run efficiently. Kate has a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Missouri. She previously worked at Permea Inc. in St. Louis as a cost accountant.
Matt Kellermann Trading and Portfolio Manager
Matt received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Missouri State University. He has spent the past ten years working in institutional finance. Matt was a Senior Analyst at NISA Investment Advisors and worked in the investment management division for Reinsurance Group of America. Matt’s knowledge and experience with portfolio management software will be very helpful in his new position with PFA as we implement new technology to streamline our trading and reporting process.
Matt is responsible for managing our trading process, monitoring & rebalancing client portfolios on an ongoing basis and reconciling all securities transactions. Matt is a member of our investment committee and will provide research & financial analysis on the securities and funds that we recommend to our clients. He also assists our Wealth Managers in communicating our recommendations to clients and answering client questions regarding their investments. Additionally, Matt leads our due diligence process for evaluating and selecting new portfolio management software that will streamline our trading and reporting process.
Neil Eoloff Financial Planning Associate
Neil is in his second year at St. Louis University School of Law, where he attends classes in the evening. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Louis University (Cum Laude) and he is studying to take his CPA exam.
Neil works closely with our senior team members on all aspects of financial planning and comprehensive wealth management. His responsibilities include: opening new accounts, processing account transfers, setting up monthly distributions and answering client questions regarding their accounts. Neil also works with our Senior Financial Planning Associates to assist in preparing for client meetings, gathering information and following up with clients on various planning tasks. He also assist our Wealth Managers with running financial plans and tax projections for clients.
