Advisory Fee for Outside Assets
PFA’s advisory service provides for the inclusion and coordination of Client investment assets wherever held for pursuing Client’s goals and objectives. Investment advisory services for assets that are not held at Advisor’s primary custodians, such as but not limited to: a 401(k), annuity, self-directed brokerage account, executive compensation program, 403(b), or 529 Plan.

This standard fee schedule will apply to all accounts that are not negotiated as set forth in the advisory agreement. PFA imposes a minimum dollar asset value for opening a client account. The minimum initial asset value for accounts is $500,000, which may be lowered by PFA in its discretion.
In general, PFA enters into an Investment Advisory Service Agreement with each advisory client calling for the payment of fees payable quarterly in advance based upon the net asset value of the account on the last day of the preceding calendar quarter expressed as a percentage of value. PFA’s fees do not include custodial fees or securities transaction fees, if any, charged by client’s custodian.
Comprehensive Financial Planning
The standard financial planning retainer fee is $3,500 per year, but this fee may be higher or lower based on the individual planning needs of each Client. Financial Planning Fees are refundable if Client is not satisfied with services received.
